BARGAINING COMMENCING FOR PUBLIC SECTOR NURSES AGREEMENT

Dear HWU member,

You Public Sector Nurses Agreement expires in March 2020. Soon, the Health Workers Union will commence negotiations to replace your Agreement and to improve your terms and conditions of employment.

We are developing your Log of Claims. But first, we need to hear from you about what you want in your next Agreement!

In order to prepare your Log of Claims, we need you to tell us: what matters to you and want do you want us to bargain for? Also, what challenges are you facing in your workplace?

We need to what you want in your next workplace Agreement. Let us know what is important to you in your workplace. Whether it’s things like allowances or leave provisions, we need to hear your voice.
