Instrument Tech Classification Structure

A new Classification Structure was introduced in 2021 for Instrument Technicians including associated pay codes.

To keep your records up to date, and for us to be able to appropriately communicate with you in the lead up to the 2025 Enterprise Agreement, please answer the following survey questions:

The purpose of this survey is to gather information for the Health Workers Union for research and analysis purposes.

We will retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
