Change of Payment Processor for HWU Direct Debits

This is a notice to inform you that from Monday, 28 November 2022, the HWU is changing our payment processor for Direct Debit payments.

Our new processor, GoCardless (Direct Debit User ID 488299), will be taking over all our Direct Debit collections from this date.

There’s no action required from you and this small change will not affect the service you receive from the HWU in any way.

GoCardless is not responsible for any claims or refunds relating to previous payments between the HWU and our members.
